The Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Slovak Republic announces a selection procedure for the position of the director of the contributory organization Anti-Doping Agency of the Slovak Republic.

knowledge of legal regulations related to the subject of activity of the contributory organization, knowledge of state policy in the field of sport, Act No. 440/2015 Coll. on Sport and on Amendments to Certain Acts, knowledge of international legislation in the field, tasks and rules of the World Anti-Doping Program
managerial, management and organizational skills, interpersonal skills
A condition for participation and at the same time a requirement for the selection procedure is to send the project Concept of the Functioning and Development of the Contributory Organization Anti-Doping Organization of the Slovak Republic in the form of a written document in the amount of max. 5 A4 pages (the applicant verifies each page with a handwritten signature). When processing the project, it is recommended to draw information from publicly available sources.

An officially certified photocopy of the diploma attesting to the required qualifications
A professional structured CV (including telephone and e-mail contact) indicating the position and proving the period of management experience in the format from/to – day/month/year
Motivation letter – the applicant shall state the reasons for which he/she is applying for the position of director, his/her experience from previous experience in a management position, his/her potential contribution to the contributory organization and the founder/founder in this position
Project Concept of the functioning and development of the contributory organization Anti-Doping Agency of the Slovak Republic – in the range of max. 5 A4 pages (the applicant verifies each page with a handwritten signature)
Affidavit of good repute or original criminal record extract
Affidavit of full legal capacity
Affidavit of proficiency and knowledge of a foreign language at the required level
Affidavit of proficiency in the state language, copy of the document on successful completion of the school-leaving examination in the state language or a copy of the document on successful completion of the state examination in the state language, if the applicant is not a citizen of the Slovak Republic
Affidavit on the veracity of all data provided in the application for inclusion and in the annexes – required documents
Written consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the selection procedure pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended by Act No. 221/2019 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as only "Personal Data Protection Act")
Additional information:
The selection procedure shall be conducted with the participation of the public, with the exception of a vote by the Selection Board. The selection procedure is carried out in writing and by an interview. The written form (part) of the selection procedure consists of passing a professional test and a test in a foreign language. Interview – the oral part of the selection procedure consists of a presentation of the project Concept of the functioning and development of the contributory organization Anti-Doping Agency of the Slovak Republic and a personal interview of the applicants with the members of the selection committee.
A successful applicant who has submitted an affidavit of good repute to the selection procedure shall provide the employer with the data necessary to request an extract from the criminal record for the purpose of proving integrity before entering into an employment relationship.
Submit the application for the selection procedure together with all the required documents in a sealed envelope marked DO NOT open "VK Director Anti-Doping Agency of the Slovak Republic" by 19.11.2025 (the date of submission stated on the postmark in the case of application by the postal company or the date of physical delivery to the Ministry's mailroom during office hours is decisive; applications received after the deadline are not taken into account) from the publication of this announcement to the following address:
